Kevin is Co-author of “THE FUTURE WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE”, an award winning book that presents an actionable framework for meeting today’s toughest talent disruptions head on.

THE FUTURE WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE is the Axiom Silver Award recipient in the category of HR and Corporate Training. The book has also been selected for the Bellwether Award by the US Community Colleges Futures Assembly for its relevance in anticipating workplace dynamics.

Kevin is the co-host of The Future Workplace Network, a US based membership community for HR executives. He regularly facilitates corporate workshops to help organizations ‘future proof’ their business and HR strategies based on the latest HR research insights.

Kevin also promotes entrepreneurial thought and action as an adjunct faculty member at Babson College. Previously, Kevin has served as the practice head of a research consulting firm and in several executive roles with two US telecom companies. He now lives in Boston, MA, USA.
